Community Involvement

Community is a major part of why we do what we do. It is with this passion for our community that we have committed to being involved and giving back.

  • Crisis Intervention Services

Kim joined the CIS board in 2022 and became the Board Chair May 2023. She is passionate about helping her community members find safe shelter and services when they are in need. Crisis Intervention Services works to provide services and promote an environment free of physical violence, assault, abuse and restriction of personal liberty. CIS respects the worth, dignity, and uniqueness of the individual and supports these values through education, personal growth, self-reliance and self-determination.

  • Park County Animal Shelter

Kim served as the treasurer for PCAS from 2019-2021. She is passionate about helping animals get adopted and find their forever homes. The PCAS serves Park County, and is located in the City of Cody area, by offering a central location to provide for the care of unwanted, mistreated, or stray animals that may be returned to their owners, cared for onsite or in foster homes, or adopted out to new owners. The PCAS is one of only three no kill shelters in the entire state. Currently Kim services on the events committee and fundraising committee.
